• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Year-End (Final) Term Test for Grades 6-11 (2021) - Printing of Question Papers Bidding documents could be obtained from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. from 24.01.2022 to 11.02.2022, on office working days of the week upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2500/-, to the Shroff of the Southern Provincial Department of Education. Refundable Bid Security Deposit to paid is Rs. 25,000/- and should be paid to the Shroff of the Southern Provincial Department of Education in cash and the photocopy of the receipt should be submitted attached to the bid. Printing paper on which question papers are printed should be 45 GSM news print. A sample of the paper to be used should be submitted along with the bid. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 07.02.2022 at the Southern Provincial Department of Education. Bids will be opened immediately after closing, at 10.00 a.m. on 14.02.2022, in the presence of the Bidders or their accredited agents who choose to attend.
