• Tenders are invited for Printing & Supplying of Stamped Envelopes 01. C6 Stamped Envelopes (114 mm x 162mm) 1,200,000 Envelopes 02. DL Stamped Envelopes (110 mm x 220 mm) 2,400,000 Envelopes A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application by Bidder himself or by Bidders representatives to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of LKR 3,500/- to the Postmaster General up to 14.00 hrs on 08th November 2021. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11.00 hours on 09th November 2021. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the Presence of the Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below immediately after the closing time. Bids shall be valid up to 77 calender days from the date of closing of the Bid. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka (unconditional) of LKR 158,000/ - valid up to 24th February 2022 and drawn in favour of "Postmaster General, Department of Posts". Postmaster General of the Department of Posts reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and the right of accepting any portion of a bid without adducing any reasons.
