• Tenders are invited for Establishing a Medical Gas System at the Cardiology Medical Unit in the Matale District Bid Gurantee: 144000/-. Non Refundable Fee: Rs 2000/-. Amount of Allocated Fund: Rs. 7.2 Million Selected Bidders could Obtain Bid Documents on Working Days of the Week from 20.09.2021 up to 03.10.2021 between 9.00 a.m. And 3.00 p.m. From the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Matale after Payment of the Relevant Form Fee to the Shroff. The Bid Guarantee Obtained from the Construction Guarantee Fund (Cgf), a Commercial Bank Certified by the Central Bank or from an Insurance Institution Drawn in Favour of the Regional Director of Health Services, Matale According to the Specified Forms should be Submitted, or the Specified Amount should be Paid to the Shroff of the Matale Office of the Regional Director of Health Services and a Certified Copy of the Receipt Received should be Submitted with Bid Documents. Duly Completed Bids should be Inserted in the Bid Box Kept at the Office of the Regional Director of Health Sendees, m.c. Road, Matale or could be Sent by Registered Post Addressed to Chairman, Procurement Committee, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, m.c. Road, Matale.
