• Expression of Interest are invited for Conduct a Feasibility Study, Planning, Installation, Commissioning and Maintaining of Solar Power Generation by Allocating Roofs of Schools, Hospitals and State Buildings, Established within the Authority Area of the Southern Provincial Council Investors, Who are Either Registered at the Sri Lanka Renewable Energy Authority or are Recommended (Institutions or Individuals) And Having Experience in the Field can Submit Project Proposals And the Terms of Reference / Tor and Other Detailed Information Can be Obtained from the Supplies Section of the Chief Secretary's Office Situated at s.h. Dahanayake Mawatha, Galle from 15.02.2022 up to 21.03.2022, on Weekly Working Days, between 9.00 Am. And 3.00 p.m. On Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 3000.00. The Proposal Security (Bid Security) to be Submitted with the Proposals should be Obtained from Any Commercial Bank Registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, Drawn in Favour of The Chief Secretary, Southern Province, Valid up to 22.06.2022 And Valued at Rs. 100,000.00. The Project Proposals should be Valid up to 20.05.2022. Prospective proponents should submit their sealed Expressions of Interest containing information specified in the Expressions of Interest (EOI) and TOR documents, with documentary evidence substantiating their financial ability, qualifications and experience, by either registered post or delivered to the tender box after entering in the document kept in the official room of the Accountant (Supplies), addressed to Chairman, Chief Secretary's Special Procurement Committee, Southern Provincial Chief Secretariat Office, S.H. Dahanayake Mawatha, Galle, to be received at or before 10.30 a.m. on 22.03.2022. The cover containing the proposals should be marked "EOI for Procurement of solar panel system" at the left side top corner. Proposals received will be opened at 10.30 a.m. on 22.03.2022, immediately after closing of acceptance of proposals at the Chief Secretariat Office and investors or their one each authorized representative can be present at the opening.
