Tenders are invited for Gravelling to Canal Bund from 7 + 000 to 7 + 332 of Rb 1/ d02 Main Canal and from 0 + 000 to 1 + 132 of lb05 /rb01 d02 Main Canal in Pss in Polonnaruwa Division Bid Security: 68000/- A complete set of bidding' documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders from the Office of the Director of Irrigation, Polonnaruwa on the submission of a written application addressed to Director of Irrigation, Office of the Director of Irrigation, Newtown, Polonnaruwa offices upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of LKR 6,000.00 for contract packages 098, 101, 111 and LKR 3,500.00 for all other contract in packages each set from 21-03-2024 to 09-04-2024 between 9.30 a.m. & 2.30 p.m. The method of payment will be in cash. Sealed envelope with the duly Completed bids shall be delivered by registered post in duplicate to “Director of Irrigation, Office of the Director of Irrigation, Newtown, Polonnaruwa” (Bid submission purposes only) or deposited in the Bid Box kept in the Office of the Director of Irrigation - Polonnaruwa , to reach on or before 10-04-2024 at 10.00 am. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time at the Office of the Director of Irrigation - Polonnaruwa. Bidder or Authorized representative of Bidders are allowed to be present at the opening of Bids.
