• Tenders are invited for Handloom Textile Industrial Exhibition, Trade Fair and Award Ceremony - 2023 1. Preparation of outer covers (166x75 feet) and 40 Sales Huts 2. Arrangement of Awards 3. Arrangements and installation of front pandol 4. Supply of Public Address Systems and Lighting 5. Video Filming and Photography of the Ceremony, Trade Fair and Exhibition 6. Printing Work (Hand Bills 1000 / Printing of 188 Certificates / 01 Background Creations) 7. 04 Nos. Digital Printed Display Board 8. Event Management (Display of Award Winning Creations) A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000.00 separately for each service will be levied. In addition, a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 for Management of the Exhibition, Preparation of Awards and Arrangement Outer Covers and 40 Sales Huts and a refundable deposit of Rs. 5,000.00 for Supply of Public Address Systems and Lighting, Video Filming and Photography, Printing Work, and 04 Nos. of Digital printed display boards will be levied.
