• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD), Leadless pacemaker (VVIR mode) and Vascular Sheath complete set. Fee: 20,000/- + taxes. Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD), Dual Chamber, multiprogrammable,with end life indicator and manufacturer's guarantee of device battery life (minimum 5 years or 200 shocks). Should inlcude Single coil ICD lead with DF4 connector and IS1 atrial lead with compatible intrioducer sets with sheaths. A compatible device programmer should be provided with every 10 sets of devices. Leadless pacemaker (VVIR mode, multiprogrammble with detacheble fixation mechanism and guaranteed battery life of 8 years) with compatible implantation kit and accessories. Vascular sheath complete set with introducer and guide wires size 8F, sterile. Date of issue of Bidding Documents: 01.06.2021 Closing Date & Time: 14.07.2021 At 9.00 am.
