• Expression of Interest are invited for implement the Rambadagalla Tissue Culture Laboratory Implement the Rambadagalla Tissue Culture Laboratory on Public Private Partnership Basis Expression of Interest should be consisted of the (EOI) (a). General details about the entrepreneur (b). Legal status of the enterprise (c). Documents proving the financial capability of the entrepreneur (d). Experience with tissue culture (e). Details of technical manpower (f). The affidavit stating that has not been convicted by any court or authorized body in relation to the aquaculture industry. Entrepreneurs wishing to operate the above laboratory should submit their expression of interest with the above information to the Chairman, National Aquaculture Development Authority of Sri Lanka, No. 41/1, New Parliament Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla on 27.11.2021 to be received by 2.00 pm or earlier. At the top left corner of the cover, clearly state "Expression of Interest - Rambadagalla Tissue Culture Laboratory". Following a formal evaluation of the Expression of Interest submitted for this project, technical and financial proposals (RFP) will be called for the implementation of the project in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR) issued by the National Aquaculture Development Authority of Sri Lanka from the most suitable entrepreneur.
