• Tenders are invited for Implementation of an Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning System for Ceylon Electricity Board The details of the Phase I and Phase II are as follows: Phase I (Phase IA & Phase IB) Phase I includes Supply, Delivery, Installation, Customization, Data-migration, Integration, Implementation and Maintenance of the following modules; Phase IA : 1. Finance; 2. Procurement and Inventory; 3. Project Management; 4. Workflow and Document Management; 5. Human Resource Management. 6. Phase-specific elements of Business Intelligence and Reporting Phase IB : 7. Fleet Management; 8. Asset Management; 9. Maintenance Management; 10.Fuel Management; 11.Phase-specific elements of Business Intelligence and Reporting To purchase the Bidding Documents in English language, eligible Bidders should write to the address given under 4 above requesting the Bidding Documents for (CEB/AGM(CS)/PD(ERP)/ERP/2021/01) Procurement of an Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) for Ceylon Electricity Board: • pay a nonrefundable fee of LKR 100,000.00 in cash or bank draft drawn in favor of the General Manager, CEB and physically collect the Bidding Documents from the address given under 4. above. • Send a written application to the address given under 4. above address for overseas delivery of Bidding Documents. The application must include a non-refundable fee including courier charges of LKR 130,000.00 in cash/bank draft or US Dollars 650 in the form of Bank Draft in favor of General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board. The document will be sent by courier. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery
