• Tenders are invited for Improvement and Renovation Work of Ranminitenna Tele Cinema Park at Hambantota (Design & Build)" |Contract No: 04-03-14-2021/CT61] as described below. The construction period is 126 Days. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedure. To be eligible for contract award, the successful Bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall be registered in the field of building construction for Grade C5 or C4 with the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA), valid until the date of closing of the bids. Bids shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Department of Buildings, 2nd Floor, "Sethsiripaya", Battaraniulla to reach at or before 10:00 hrs on 05-10-2021 Bids will be opened soon after closing at the Contract Branch, Department of Buildings, 2nd Floor, "Sethsiripaya”, Battaraniulla in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
