• Tenders are invited for Improvements to Outer Perimeter Road - Stage I at Mria, Mattala The work consists of construction of 4 km. long (approx.) x 3.5 m (approx.) wide Perimeter Access Road with 0.75 m earth shoulder on either side including 06 new Pipe Culverts providing all materials and labour in accordance with the Specifications, Drawings and the Bill of Quantities. Located at Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport, Mattala The construction period is 540 days Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall have registered for Crade C4 or C3 (Highway Construction) with the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) with experience in similar works. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chairman, Procurement Committee No.01, Supply Chain Management Division - Airport & Aviation Services (SL) (Pvt) Ltd., Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, from 05.10.2021 until 09.11.2021 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on weekdays upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Eighteen Thousand (Rs. 18,000/ = ) per set by cash. Bid document could be inspected free of charge at the above address. All bids shall he accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of Rupees One Million (Rs. 1,000,000.00) in cash or an on demand bid bond issued by the institutions listed in the document.
