• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Institutions for Obtaining Emergency Laboratory Tests, Radiation Tests and Other Services (around Colombo) Further, a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 should separately paid for each goods or services. Above payments should be made from 01.11.2023 upto 22.11.2023 on weekly working days between 9.00am and 3.00pm to the shroff of this office and the receipts thus received should be attached with the application. All applications could either be sent by registered post to the undermentioned address or placed in the Tender Box kept at the office of the Accountant, to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 23.11.2023. Bids received late will be rejected. Bids received will be opened at 10.00 a.m. on 23.11.2023. The cover containing the Bid should be marked the item and the tender opening date at the left side top corner.
