• Tenders are invited for Insurance Cover for Vehicles of Defence Headquarters Complex Project at Akuregoda Interested bidders may obtain further information from. The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC-M), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the same address from 28*" February 2022 until 21st March 2022 from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs during a working day. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be collected by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC-M), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 28th February 2022 until 21st March 2022 from 0900 hrs to 1600 hrs free of charge. A pre bid meeting will be held at 1100 hrs on lO*'1 March 2022 at the Project Management Unit of Defence Headquarters Complex Project at Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of Five Thousand Rupees (LKR. 5,000.00) shall be issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid-Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand bond and shall be valid up to 20"1 July 2022 (120 days after the date of Bid Opening).
