• Tenders are invited for Insuring 45 Vehicles Belonging to District Secretariat and 16 Divisional Secretariats for the Year 2022 Tender Fee: 1000/- Non Refundable Bidding documents can be obtained at the Procurement Unit after paying the above fee to the Bank of Ceylon Branch situated at the Puttalam District Secretariat premises from 2021.11.08 Monday to 2021.11.26 Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Bids completed in two sets as mentioned in paragraph 19 of the Bidding Guidelines, mentioning, the relevant bid number and subject of work at the top left corner of the separate envelope shall be sent by registered post to the District Secretary / Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee, District Secretariat, Puttalam or place it in the tender box kept at the Procurement Unit of the District Secretariat at or before 2.30 pm on Monday, 2021.11.29. It is mandatory to submit certified copies of all the documents required to substantiate your experience as the selection of a suitable organization takes into account all the factors including the registration and experience of the organization. 5% priority will be given to registered contractors in the province when evaluating bids.
