• Tenders are invited for Proposed Interior Work for the Ground Floor Office Area of "Mehewara Piyasa" at Kirula Road, Colombo 05. To be eligible for the Contract award • The successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted and shall have a valid business registration in Sri Lanka for at least five (05)years. • The successful bidder shall have США (Construction Industry Development Authority) Grading SP4 or above in the field of furniture, fittings and equipment. • The successful bidder shall be accredited and registered under ISO 9001. Documentary evidence, supporting the Bidder's experience and track record shall be established with the Bid. Qualification requirements to qualify for contract award include: • Average annual turnover in the last five (05) years shall be at least LKR 15 million. • Experience in successful completion of at least one project in Sri Lanka with extensive and integrated interior furnishing and architectural fit-outs for valve not less than LKR 25 million within last five years. • The minimum amount of liquid assets net of other contractual commitments and exclusive of any advance payment which may be made under this Contract, shall be not less than LKR 9 million. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Finance Division and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the same address from 01 February 2022 until 21 February 2022 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs during working days.
