• Tenders are invited for Land Clearing/Grass Cutting at Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport, Mattala A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (SL) (Pvt) Ltd, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, from 25.05.2022 until 20.06.2022 at the Supply Chain Management Division (0112264103/ 0112264102) from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. on weekdays upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Three Thousand (Rs. 3,000.00). The method of payment will be by cash. Interested bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents at the Supply Chain Management Division free of charge during that time. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the address Secretary, Procurement Committee No. 02, Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (SL) (Pvt) Ltd, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka at or before 14.00 hrs. on 21st June 2022. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders- representatives. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security (on demand bid guarantee) payable to Chairman, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited in the amount of Rupees Two Hundred Thousand (Rs. 200,000.00) issued by Institutions listed in the Bid Document or a Cash Deposit should be submitted with the Bids. All bidders and their designated representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting, on 08.06.2022 at 10.00 hrs. at the Conference Room at Engineers- Office at Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport, Mattala, Sri Lanka.
