• Tenders are invited for Laying Aggregates a) A Set of Application form could be obtained from Provincial Director, Road Development Department, Eastern Province No: 93A, St. Anthony's of hermit Street, Karuweppankerny, Batticaloa Telephone: 065-3133555, email:pdrddep@gmail.com after deposit nonrefundable payment of Rs.2500/- or which can be paid through the bank account no. 5850254 Bank of Ceylon, Batticaloa Town branch in favour of " Provincial Director, Road Development Department, Eastern Province" and payment slip shall be sent to the email address mentioned above with the request letter of the Sub Contractor/ Supplier. The Sub-Contractor/Supplier should be obtained separate application form for each district (Ampara, Batticaloa and Trincomalee) with the same nonrefundable payment. b) Application form for Registration shall be obtained on working days from 07.07.2022 to 21.07.2022, at office hours from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. The instruction and condition for registration Sub Contractors / Suppliers will be issued with application form. c) Applications shall be marked as "Registration of Sub Contractors / Suppliers for the year 2022 (2nd half) " on the top Left hand corner of the envelope and should be sent under registered post or hand deliver or through the email address mentioned in above (a) as PDF format to Provincial Director, Road Development Department, Eastern Province, Batticaloa on or before 21st July 2022. d) Any clarification required can be obtained from the respective Provincial Director-s Office, Road Development Department, Eastern Province, Batticaloa. e) The Provincial Director, Road Development Department, Eastern Province shall notify to the selected person /entity regarding the registration. f) The unit rate will be obtained from the Sub Contractors /Suppliers after the registration. g) Who ever already submit the registration form as per our advertisement appeared on 24.05.2022 at Daily News will not be submitted again. h) After the registration, Sub Contractors /Suppliers may be deposit Rs.50,000.00 as a refundable deposit.
