• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Lease of Aircraft Hangar, Office and Land Space at Colombo International Airport Ratmalana (CIAR). Bids should be made only on the Form of Bid issued by the Company and should accompany a bid bond as specified in the Bidding Document to the value of Rs. 1,056,427/- for Aircraft Hangar .Office and Land Space in the form of a Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee issued by a reputed commercial bank or a licensed specialized bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, valid for 150 days from the date of opening of Bids or in cash. Terms and conditions of the tender and the other details applicable will be issued with the Bidding Document which may be purchased on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. up to 11/01/2022 from the General Office of the Commercial & Properties Division of Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd, Room No. 37, 2nd Floor, Passenger Terminal Building, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on payment of a tender fee of Rs. 12,500/-(Non-Refundable) per set in cash. Bidding Documents could also be purchased from the web site of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka)(Private) Ltd (AASL) www.airport.lk by making a non-refundable fee of Rs. 12,500/- through online payment. Bidding documents will be issued on submission of a formal request addressed to the Head of Commercial & Properties, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Bidding Documents will be available for inspection free of charge at the Office of the Head of Commercial & Properties of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Ltd., BIA, Katunayake.
