• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Lease of a Block of Land at Pannipitiya Road Thalawatugoda for Landscaping Purposes. Tender Documents could be collected from the Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 7th Floor, "Sethsiripaya", Battaramulla on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.00 + Taxes in cash between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 21st December 2022 to 04th January 2023. A Bid Bond amounting to Rs. 30,000.00 in cash or in the form of a Bank Guarantee encashable on demand issued in favour of Urban Development Authority by a bank operating in Sri Lanka should be submitted along with the tender. Bid Bond should be valid for 270 days (up to 02nd October 2023) from the date on which the tenders are to be closed.
