• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Lease of Restaurant Established in the Premises of the Circuit Bungalow of Madunagala Bidding documents will be issued from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on public working days from 23.09.2022 to 10.10.2022 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500.00 made to the Shroff of the Ruhunu Tourism Bureau (RTB). Duly completed bids shall be accompanied with a refundable bid deposit of Rs. 20,000.00 paid to the Ruhunu Tourism Bureau (RTB) and the receipt for payment should be submitted along with the bids. Sealed bids should either be delivered by registered post, addressed to the Director, Ruhunu Tourism Bureau (RTB), 53 “B”, S.H. Dahanayake Mawatha, Galle or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Office Room of the Managing Director of the Ruhunu Tourism Bureau (RTB) at the following address to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 11.10.2022. Bids will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on 11.10.2022 in the presence of the Bidder or his authorized agent who wishes to attend. Late bids and bids contrary to the stipulated procedure will be rejected.
