• Tenders are invited for Leasing of 12, 14, 16 Trade Stalls on Rental Basis for Business Activities in the Commercial Complex Located in the Town Center Belonging to the Urban Development Authority for a Period of 30 Years Monthly rent for a single unit (Rs.): 11000/- Base Price per unit (Rs.): 1,800,000/- Bid Bond: 115000/- A set of tender forms could be obtained from the Procurement Division of the Head Office or from the Kalutara District Office of this authority by submitting the receipt obtained upon payment of Rs. 2,000/- and the relevant VAT amount (Total Rs. 2160/-) to the Urban Development Authority located on the 7th Floor, "Sethsiripaya", Battaramulla. Accepting of bids will close at 2.00 p.m. on 04th April 2022. Duly completed sealed bids should be sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Revenue Tender Board (Minor), Urban Development Authority, Finance Division, 6th Floor, "Sethsiripaya", Battaramulla to receive before 2.00 p.m. on 04th April 2022 or should be deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Finance Division. The words "Submitting quotations for trade stalls in the Kalutara Commercial Complex" should be marked on the top left-hand corner of the envelope containing bids.
