• Leasing of Canteen Established in the Madunagala Tourist Bungalow Premises 01. Bid Documents will be issued on Government working days from 14.03.2022 up to 30.03.2022 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. and these could be obtained on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500.00 to the Shroff of the Ruhunu Tourism Bureau. 02. Duly completed Bids should he submitted along with the receipt obtained for payment of a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 to the Ruhunu Tourism Bureau. 03. Duly completed sealed Bids should be sent by Registered Post addressed to Managing Director, Ruhunu Tourism Bureau, 153 "B", S.H. Dahanayake Mawatha, Galle to be received before 2.00 p.m. on 30.03.2022 or should be deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Official Room of the Managing Director of Ruhunu Tourism Bureau. 04. Bids will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on 30.03.2022. The owner or an authorized representative could be present at the bid opening.
