• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Leasing Car Parks Nearby Railway Stations in the Railway Department. Bidding applications can be obtained from the Railway Sales & Marketing Division or the Railway Station in where the car park is situated on 20 in the month of November 2023 until 2.00 p.m. The receipt, obtained upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Rs 2,500/= to the Chief Financial Officer in Sri Lanka Railways or the Station Master in the Railway Station concerned, should be produced to the Deputy Superintendent (Sales & Marketing) or the Railway Station concerned. Separate bids should be submitted for each car park stated in the Schedule 01 & should make payments for a refundable bid bond except the bidding application fee. One Bidding form is only for one car park.
