• Leasing out a Building for Teleshop Wellampitiya 1. Floor Area (Ground Floor only) at least 500 sq.ft. 2. Facing to the Low Level road 3. Building should be square in shape 4. Front side of the building should be minimum of 15ft broad 5. Front side should be fixed with tempered glass with required strength and a glassed door in the center of the front side 6. Easy access to the premises 7. Adequate parking facilities within the premises 8. Separate 3 phase commercial power 9. Separate water supply 10.Two wash rooms 11 .Smoothly finished walls and ceiling 12.Preferably with the lessor provided Air conditioning Prospective applicants should forward their quotations with two (02) copies (Original + copy).
