• Request for proposals are invited for Leasing of Rest Houses To Lease out Baththuluoya, Ragala, Nalanda, Anamaduwa, Weeraketiya, Galgamuwa & Hiripitiya Rest Houses The non-refundable application fee of LKR 1000/ = should be deposited to the Bank AC No. 7119413, Bank of Ceylon, Corporate Branch , Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (Note: Please Fill the Depositors Details and Purpose of Deposit in the Cash Deposit Slip as ”Non Refundable Tender Fee" and it is mandatory to submit the aforesaid original cash deposit slip with the proposal. The payment should he made in cash and other payments will not he accepted). All proposals with applications shall be delivered with duplicate copy shall be addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority, No. 80, Galle Road, Colombo 03 and to be delivered to the Procurement Division (4th Floor) at the same address at or before 2.00 p.m. on 26*^ October 2023 . Late applications will be returned unopened.
