• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Loading and Unloading of Bags of Various Sizes from 10kg to 100kg. Invitation for bids for the shoulder mount loading of rice bags of various sizes from 10kg to 100kg stocked in Railway Stores Yard, Olcott Mawatha, Maradana / Orugodawatta / Veyangoda Complex. Interested bidders could obtain further details from the Accounts Division of Food Commissioner's Department, No. 330, Union Place, Colombo-02 (TP: 0112-424211 / 0112-329216). Relevant Bid application forms could be obtained on working days of the week from 9.00 a.m. up to 10.30 a.m. on the day of opening of bids upon payment of a sum of Rs. 5,000/-(Non-Refundable)made to the Shroff at the Head Office. It is compulsory to submit a request letter to obtain bid forms. A photocopy of the receipt issued by the Shroff for the payment made should be attached to the application form. A Bid Security to the value of Rupees One Hundred Thousand (Rs. 100,000/-) obtained from a government approved bank should be submitted along with bid documents and bids submitted without the Bid Security will be rejected.
