• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Maintenance and Servicing of Electrical System - 2023 / 2024. Bid documents may be obtained from the Head Office on submission of the receipt obtained upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 to the Shroff's Office of the National Hospital, Kandy on working days from 9.00 a.m. on 05.09.2023 up to 2.00 p.m. on 26.09.2023. Duly perfected bids in duplicate inserted in separate covers mentioning Original and Duplicate on left hand side and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover along with either the receipt obtained from the Shroff's Office of National Hospital, Kandy upon payment of the bid security in cash or the bid security obtained from reputed bank or Insurance Company in favour of "Director. National Hospital, Kandy'- to the value of Rs. 100,000.00 valid until 30.01.2024 may either be sent by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the office of the Chief Accountant of this hospital to receive at or before 10.30 a.m. on 27.09.2023. The caption "Invitation of Bids for Electrical Maintenance Activities for year 2023/24" should be clearly mentioned on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid.
