• Tenders are invited for Maintenance and Servicing of Electrical System - 2024 Maintenance and Servicing Work of the Electrical System, Service Period from 15th January 2024 up to 14th January 2025 Tender Fee: 5000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 100000/- For contracts exceeding Rupees 05 Million (PCA 03) Registration Certificate from the Registrar of the Department of Registration of Companies in Sri Lanka on production of the receipt obtained for the payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000.00 to the Shroff Section of this Hospital from 9.00 a.m. on 01.12.2023 up to 2.00 p.m. on 21.12.2023 on working days of the week, to the Head Office, bid documents can be obtained. Duly perfected bids in duplicate along with the receipt obtained for the payment of Bid Security to the Shroff Section of National Hospital, Kandy or with the Bid Security obtained from reputed bank or Insurance Institution for Rupees 100,000.00 in favour of Director, General Hospital, Kandy valid up to 10.03.2024 enclosed in two separate covers and said two covers reenclosed in a single cover either can be sent by registered post to the following address or may be hand-delivered and deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Office of the Accountant to be received at or before 10.30 a.m. on 22.12.2023. Top left-hand corner of the cover enclosing the Bids should be marked clearly as "Invitation for Bids for Electrical Maintenance Work". Bids will be opened at 10.30 a.m. on 22.12.2023 and the Bidder or one of his representatives can be present on the occasion. Decision of the Procurement Board of this Hospital in regard to this tender is final and binding.
