• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Maintenance of Cleaning Services at Base Hospital, Diyathalawa Bidding Document Fee: Rs 7500/-. Bid Security Fee in Cash: 233000/-. Bidding documents will be issued during office hours from 30.12.2021 to 20.01.2022 until 12.30 p.m. and the bids will be opened on the same day at 2.00 p.m. at the Conference Hall of Uva Provincial Department of Health Services. Bidder or one of his authorized representatives may attend the event. Bids received on or after the due date will be rejected. The Procurement Board reserves the right to accept, reject or accept a part of bids. Contact 055 - 2231981 for further details. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 12.01.2022 at the Provincial Health Services Department Conference Hall and it is compulsory for the bidders to attend the event. Refundable / Non-Refundable Bidding document fees, the relevant amount as mentioned in the table, should be deposited in the Provincial Health Services Director's People's Bank Current Account No. 269- 100188440649 and the relevant receipt should be submitted to the Financial Assistant of Provincial Health Services Department. The receipt obtained from the Financial Assistant, should be submitted along with the Bidding documents. Further, the conditions for submitting bids, bid evaluation indicators and bidding documents can be checked at the Provincial Health Services Department before obtaining the bidding documents. Experience in providing cleaning services in Grade C and B Regional Hospitals is a qualification for applying Grade A Regional Hospitals, Experience in providing Cleaning Services in Crade A and Grade B Regional Hospitals is a qualification for applying Grade B base hospitals, Experience in providing cleaning services in B grade base hospitals, is a qualification for applying Grade A Base Hospitals. Institutions with experience in the relevant field can apply for C grade Regional Hospitals / Health Institutions and Crade B Regional Hospitals. For bids valued at more than Rs. 05 million, a copy of the General Contract Agreement obtained from the Registrar of Companies should be attached. Accordingly, general contract agreements should be submitted for Diyatalawa, Mahiyanganaya, Welimada, Siyambalanduwa, Bibila, Wellawaya Base Hospitals and Buttala and Girandurukotte Divisional Hospitals.
