• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Maintenance, Repairs and Services of Air-Conditioners at Ministry of Finance - Year 2021/2022 Interested parties may contact Accountant (Supplies), Ministry of Finance, The Secretariat, Colombo 01. (Telephone/ Fax: 112484538/ 011-2421253), for further details. Bidding documents are available at the Accounts Division, Upper Ground Floor, New Building, Ministry of Finance, The Secretariat, Colombo 01, which could be obtained on any working day from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs from 23.09.2021 to 13.10.2021 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees One Thousand (Rs. 1,000/-) only. The method of payment will be in the form of cash payable to Shroff. Bidding documents may be inspected free of charge at the Accounts Division, Upper Ground Floor, New Building, Ministry of Finance, The Secretariat, Colombo 01. Sealed bids shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chief Accountant, Accounts Division, Upper Ground Floor, New Building, Ministry of Finance, The Secretariat, Colombo 01, to reach at or before 14.00 hrs on 14.10.2021. Bids will be opened immediately after closing at Accounts Division of the Ministry of Finance in the presence of the bidders and their representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid for 63 Days (16.12.2021) from the deadline for submission of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security obtained from any commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The amount of the Bid Security should be Rs. 15,000.00 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only), with a validity period of 91 days from the date of bid opening (14th October 2021 till 13th January 2022) and it should be addressed to Secretary, Ministry of Finance. Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10.30 hrs on 04.10.2021 at the Office of Ministry of Finance. Pre-Bid meeting is followed by a site inspection.
