• Tenders are invited for Making Rubber Stamps and Polymer Stamps Suppliers seeking registration for year 2023 for the above goods and services should pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500.00 to the Accountant of Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on weekdays from 31.10.2022 and submit the receipt obtained with the application. Money Orders will not be accepted. Separate applications should be submitted for each item and registration fee should be paid separately for them. All applications should be sent by registered post addressed to “Director, Apeksha Hospital, Maharagama” or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Finance Division of the hospital to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 01.12.2022 and the caption “Registration of Suppliers for Year 2023” should be mentioned on the left-hand top corner of the envelope containing the application.
