• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Marketing of Spices Products Produced by this Department. Quotations should be submitted only on procurement forms issued by the Agriculture Export Department and procurement documents containing details of stocks, procurement conditions and instructions could be obtained from the head office of the Agriculture Export Department located in Peradeniya or from the District Offices upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000.00. Every bidder should submit an unconditinoal, pay on Demand bid bond to the value of 2% of the total value of bids, valid for 60 days, obtained from a commercial bank or a reputed financial institute or from an Insurance company certified by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or the receipt obtained after depositing a refundable amount of 1 % of the bid value to the Shroff of the Head Office should be submitted.
