• Tenders are invited for Medical Supplies 1. Institutions supplying drugs 2. Bandages, X'Ray Films and ECG /EEG Items 3. Chemicals, Laboratory Testing Kits and Glass Equipment (Required for the use in Medical Institutions) 4. Consumable Surgical Materials (Except Surgical Gauze) 5. Non Consumable Surgical Materials 6. Dental Consumable Materials, Non Consumable Materials and Dental Equipment 7. Suppliers of Extra Natural Alcohol (95 - 99)% v/v (ml) (SLS 351) 8. Stockists of (Iso Propile Alcohol - Super Grade) T.C.L (Chlorine Powder), Lysol, Highly Purified Water (Distilled Water) Relevant application forms may be obtained between 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working days of the week from 07.11.2023 up to 02.30 p.m. on 06.12.2023 on submission of relevant receipt obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 separately for each item to the Shroff of the Office of the Director of Medical Supplies at No. 357, Ven. Baddegama Wimalawansa Thero Mawatha, Colombo 10 and should register in the www.promise.lk website. Duly perfected applications may either be sent by registered post to the address given below or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Office of the Accountant (Supplies) in the Medical Supplies Division to receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 07.12.2023. Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time will be rejected.
