• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Mitigation of Landslide Threat at Bolthumbe Village, Imbulpe - Phase - 1 and Estimated Total Cost of Rs 25.5 Million (excluding Taxes) Should be registered under Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) (successor to ICTAD) as a contractor with the specialty of Building and Civil Engineering (C5) or above with previous experience on Landslide Mitigation or Grade (SP 2) under Soil nailing and slope Stabilization and shall have experience as a contractor in the field of Civil Construction within the last 5 years and should have valid registration during Bid evaluation period. Bid Security Amount; Rs. 260,000.00 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application addressed to the Chairman. Procurement Committee, National Building Research Organisation along with the receipt upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 7,500.00 per bid in cash to the Finance Division at National Building Research Organisation, No 99/1, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05 from 04.04.2022 until 29.04.2022 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs during working days except weekends.
