Description:
Tenders are invited for Modification Works of Ministry of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation at Colombo 07. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Secretary, Ministry of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation at the above address on normal working days from 23.08.2024 to 06.09.2024 between 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees One Thousand (Rs. 3,000.00). The method of payment will be by cash. Sealed bids shall be deposited with duplicate in the Tender Box made available at the Accounts Branch, Ministry of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation, or sent by registered post addressed to the Chief Financial Officer, Ministry of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation, No. 07, Hector Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Colombo 07 to reach him at or before 10.00 hrs on 06.09.2024. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing. Bidders or their representatives can be participate at this event. Bids should be valid up to 21.11.2024. All bids should be accompanied by a Bid Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Seventy Five Thousand (Rs. 75,000.00) or a bank guarantee from any commercial bank registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favor of "Secretary, Ministry of Wildlife and Forest Resources Conservation". Bid bond shall be valid up to 07.10.2024.
