• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Obtaining a Land on Rent or Lease for Vehicle Parking A suitable bare land is required to be obtained on rent or lease basis for the requirements of the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau and Vehicle parking. The land should have fulfilled the following requirements. Must be situated within a distance of less than 3 km from Head Office at Epitamulla Road Pitakotte. There should be easy access roads - Parking space for 15-20 vehicles at the same time must be available Parapet wall or a security fence with a gate must be available. Quotations should either be sent by registered post along with a copy of the deed, survey plan of the relevant land and the contact number of the owner, caption to the effect “Obtaining a land on rent or lease for vehicle parking” marked on the top left-hand corner of the cover to the following address to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 03.12.2021 or may be placed in the tender box placed in the reception section of the Head Office. Tenderer or one of his authorized representatives can be present at the occasion.
