Three-Phase Electricity with Minimum Capacity of 400 Kva 04. Water Requirement of Minimum 15,000 Liter Per Day should be Available 05. Adequate Sanitation Facilities should be Available 06. Lightning & Surge Arrestors should be Available 07. The Building should have a Fire Protection System 08. Should be in a Non-Flooding Area 09.
