Tenders are invited for Operation of Book Shop in the Departure/Transit Area, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake for a Period of Two (02) Years. Bid Bond: Rs.110,000 Terms and conditions and other details applicable will be issued with the Bidding documents. Bidding documents may be obtained on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. up to 08th February 2022 from the office of Commercial & Properties Division, Room No.37,2nd Rs. 10,000.00 per set in cash with a request letter on a letterhead of the Bidder. The Bidding Document could also be purchased from the web site of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited [AASLJ www.airport.lk by making a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000.00 through online payment. Bidding Documents will be available for inspection, free of charge at the office of Head of Commercial & Properties of Airport & Aviation Sendees (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Bids should be made only on Bidding forms issued by the Company and should accompany a Bid Bond as given below in the form of a Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee issued by a reputed Commercial Bank or licensed specialized bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, valid for 150 days from the date of opening of Bids or in cash. A Pre Bid Briefing Followed by a Visit to the Location will be Conducted at 10.00 a.m. On 281*1 January 2022. Bidders or Their Duly Authorized Representatives may be Present at the Pre-Bid Briefing. Sealed Bids shall be Addressed to the Chairman, Tender Board no.l and Sent by Registered Post to the Office of the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake or should be Deposited at Tender Box no.l Placed at the Office of Supply Chain Management Division. Bids will be Closed at 2.00 p.m. On 09th February 2022 and Opened and Read Publicly Thereafter at the Office of the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake. Any Bid Received after the Stipulated Time of Bid Closing will be Rejected Unopened. Bidders or Their Duly Authorized Representatives may be Present at the Time of Opening of Bids.
