• Tenders are invited for Operation of Duty Free Shops on the First Floor of the Arrival Duty Free Shopping Complex at the Terminal-1, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake-Sri Lanka. Bids are invited from Registered Companies, Establishments or Individuals for Operation of following Duty Free shops on the First Floor of the Arrival Duty Free Shopping Complex at Terminal-1, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake for a period of three years. Prospective bidders may bid for one or more shop spaces. i. Travel accessories, Sportswear & Sports Requisites ii. Branded Fashion Accessories & Branded apparel iii. Mother Care & Baby Care Products iv. Children-s Toys including Game consoles an Outdoor Sports toys v. Imported Packaged Food & Beverage Products, Fresh & Dried Fruits Terms and conditions and other details applicable will be issued with the Bidding document. Bidding document may be obtained on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. up to 01st February 2024 from the office of Commercial & Properties Division, Room No.36, 2nd Floor, Passenger Terminal Building, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 200,000 or equivalent USD 620 per set in cash with a request letter on a letter head of the Bidder. The Bidding Document could also be purchased from the web site of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited [AASL] www.airport.lk by the bidder making a non-refundable fee of LKR 200,000 or equivalent USD 620 per set through online payment. The Bidding Document will be available for inspection, free of charge at the office of Head of Commercial & Properties of Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake.
