• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Operator for Maintaining the Parking Yard Relevant applications may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 21s* August 2023 until 04th September 2023 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- along with government taxes to the Procurement Division of the Urban Development Authority at the 07th Floor of the 'Sethsiripaya' Stage I Building, Battaramulla. When submitting quotation, applicants should submit a security bond of Rs. 20,000.00 and that amount could be paid in cash to the Finance Division of this authority and the receipt obtained should be attached to the application and submitted. Tender application may be rejected for submitting bid security bond in the name of other persons or for not submitting in the correct name. That security bond amount will be released to the successful tenderer after the selection of the suitable qualified operator. An amount equal to three (03) months- rent should be deposited with this authority by the selected operator as a security deposit which would be refunded after the end of the rent period. Quotations will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on 05**1 September 2023. Method of submitting quotations is mentioned in the tender conditions. Quotations will be opened immediately after closing of quotation applications at the Finance Division of the Urban Development Authority, 6th Floor, ‘Sethsiripaya- Stage I, Battaramulla in the presence of the applicants or their authorized representatives.
