• Tenders are invited for Painting of Front Facade of Lake House. Site Inspection could be Arranged on Working Days up to 2nd November 2021 from 9.00 a.m. To 3.30 p.m. The Project Includes : • Peel off the Painting and Alkali Effect • Preparation of Surface and Cleaning Works • Necessary Masonry Works on Fagade • Apply of 1 Coat of Waterproofing Primer • Apply of 2 Coats of Waterproofing Paint • Painting Area of Front Facade - Approximately 12,500 sq.ft. • Paint Material (Primer & Paint) will be Supplied by Lake House Bids should be Sent in a Sealed Envelope Marked "Bids for Painting Front Facade of Lake House" on the Top Left-Hand Corner, to the Head of Procurement, the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., No. 35, d.r. Wijewardene Mw., Colombo 10, to Reach on or before 03rd November 2021 at 2.30 p.m. Bidders or Accredited Representatives will be Allowed to be Present at the Opening.
