• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Preparation of Cadastral Maps and Plans through Surveys under Title Registration Act No. 21 of 1998 and Survey Act No. 17 of 2002 When sending bids, a copy of receipt obtained by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs. 500.00 each to any District / Provincial Survey Office in the island, Institute of Surveying and Mapping at Diyathalawa or Surveyor General-s Office for districts mentioned in Paragraph 5 below, should be attached. Single bidder can submit separate quotations for maximum five districts and separate bid forms should be submitted for each. Bids can be submitted for Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Ratnapura, Kegalle, Hambantota, Galle, Matara, Kandy, Matale, Nuwara Eliya, Kurunegala, Puttalam, Jaffna, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Monaragala and Badulla districts and priority will be given to the bids submitted for Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa and Badulla districts. Bid Security fee is Sixty Thousand Rupees (Rs. 60,000.00). Duly completed bid forms as per the specimen may be sent by registered post or deposited in the relevant tender box available at Procurement and Supplies Branch before 10.00 a.m. on 26.01.2022. “Quotation for preparation of cadastral maps in the District of..........................” should be written on the top left-hand corner of the sealed envelope in which bid forms are enclosed. Bids received will be opened at 10.05 a.m. on the same day.
