• Tenders are invited for Preparation of Food and Beverages for Events and Whenever Required by the Pradeshiya Sabha Applications are invited up to 3.00 p.m. 011 13.11.2021 from Contractors / approved Volunteer Organizations / Suppliers and Manufacturers who wish to register for the supply of undermentioned goods and sendees for year 2022. All applications consisting of address of the institution (if available) and all details should he sent by registered post. Application should be prepared as per the specimen given below. The caption. "Registration of Suppliers and Contractors - 2022" should be mentioned 011 the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the application. A registration application fee of Rs. 1000.00 should be paid for all supplies and services and that may be paid either by cash or you may send a cheque drawn in favour of "Chairman, Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha" along with the application. All contractors should pay a registration application fee of Rs. 1000.00. Documentary proof should be submitted to prove to be successful contractors. Contractors registered with ICTAD need not submit Assets Certificate.
