• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Preparation of Survey Plan for the Land at Kirimandala Mawatha, Narahenpita Bids should be submitted using the given format. The sealed envelope containing the Bid should be clearly marked the “Preparation of Survey Plan for the Land at Kirimandala Mawatha, Narahenpita” at the top left-hand comer and addressed to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor), Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage I, Battaramulla. The sealed Bid should be delivered to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor), Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage 1, Battaramulla by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Procurement Unit, 7th Floor, UDA on or before 11.00 a.m. on 11,1' February 2022. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. All bidders submitting bids are advised to refer the Plan/Specifications before submitting the bids. The selected bidder should be able to commence the work immediately once informed and complete the work within 14 calendar days accordingly. Bids shall be valid up to 31st March 2022.
