• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Preventive & Corrective Maintenance & Services of 500 KVA, 300KVA-A & 300KVA-B Generators at the Apeksha Hospital Maharagama for the Year 2022/2023. A Complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders from the Director, Apeksha Hospital (Maharagama) on working days between 9.30 am and 3.00 pm up to 10.03.2022 on submission of a written request to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000.00. All bids must be accompanied a bid security issued by a reputable bank in Sri Lanka or an approved Insurance Company amounting of Rs. 25,000.00 for a validity period of 77 days. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below immediately after the time mentioned above.
