• Tenders are invited for Procurement of All in One Computers, Access Point& UPS for 35 National Schools (Supply, Delivery & Installation) All in One Computers with Office Package and Virus Guard 735 Central UPS 35 Access Point 35 Bid Security: 2835000/- Interested Eligible Bidders may Obtain Further Information from the Procurement Division, 05th Floor, "Isurupaya", Ministry of Education (Telephone : 011-2785573 or 0112785141 - 50 Extn. 1530) and Inspect the Bidding Documents Free of Charge from 9.00 a.m. To 3.00 p.m. On Working Days until 03rd November 2021. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be Held at 10.00 a.m. On 22.10.2021 at Procurement Division, 05th Floor of the Ministry of Education on above Procurement. A Complete Set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be Purchased by Interested Bidders from the Procurement Division upon Submission of a Written Application at or before 3.00 p.m. On 03rd November 2021 and upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 35,000/= for Document (the Payment Method will be by Cash). Bids must be Delivered to Procurement Division, 05th Floor, Ministry of Education, "Isurupaya", Battaramulla, on or before 05th November 2021 at 10.30 a.m. Late Bids will be Returned Unopened. Bids will be Opened in the Presence of the Bidders' Representatives Who Choose to Attend in Person at the Address Given above after Closing of Bids.
