• Tenders are invited for Procurement of Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Sulphur Analyzer (Chns) for Laboratories Tender Fee: 6500/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 260000/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Specialist - Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP). Tel. 0112871293 Fax 0112053167 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Project Management Unit 5, Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP) No: 61/1, M.D.H Jayawardena Mawatha, Madinnagoda, Rajagiriya from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m on working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application, addressed to the Project Director, Project Management Unit, Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP) No. 61/1, M.D.H Jayawardena Mawatha, Madinnagoda, Rajagiriya upon payment of a non refundable fee given in the table above. The method of payment will be in Cash from 09.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days until 8th of November 2021. All Bids must be delivered to the Project Director. Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP), No : 61/1, M.D.H Jayawardena Mawatha, Madinnagoda, Rajagiriya at or before 3.00 p.m on 8th November 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing the bids in the presence of bidders/ bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address above at 3.00 p.m. on 8th November 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security as shown above issued by a commercial bank, approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the form included in the Bidding document. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the address, Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP), No: 61/1, M.D.H. Jayawardena Mawatha, Madinnagoda, Rajagiriya on 29th October 2021 at 2.00 p.m. Interested bidders or their representatives may participate at this meeting at their own expense.
