• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Procurement of Cloth Camouflage 58"/60" - 680,000 Mtrs for the Sri Lanka Army. Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 100,000.00 ((One Hundred Thousand) in cash to the Ministry of Defence. Bid shall be valid up to 29.01.2022. Bids must be delivered to the address below marked with reference number MOD/ SLA/07/2021: Chairman, Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee, Ministry of Defence, Defence Headquarters Complex, Sri Jayawardanapura, Kotte SRI LANKA on or before 01.10.2021 at 1100 hrs. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. Pre bid meeting shall be held on 14.09.2021 at 1000 hrs at the address below: Ceylinco Building, No. 167/30, Awissawella Road, ORUGODAWATTA. Bidders are advised to inform in writing, to the Chief Financial Officer ( I ), Ministry of Defence, the name and the NIC / Passport Number of the individual who is participating at the bid opening at least three (03) working days prior to bid opening.
