• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Procurement of Commercial Pattern Truck 4x2 (10-16 Ton) with 20 Feet Container Box - 75 Nos and Commercial Pattern Truck 4x2 (5-10 Ton) with Aluminium Body - 25 Nos Upon a payment of a non refundable fee of LKR (LKR 100,000.00) in cash to the Ministry of Defence from 12.07.2021 untill 25.08.2021. The Bid shall be valid up to 119 days 23/12/2021 Delivery period is 120 days (Maximum) from the date of signing of the contract agreement. If quoted only for Commercial pattern truck 4x2(10-16 ton) with 20 feet container box - 75 nos, Bid bond value should be LKR 10,125,000.00 (LKR Ten million one hundred twenty five thousand ) b. If quoted only for Commercial pattern truck 4x2 (5-10 ton) with aluminium body - 25 nos, Bid bond value should be LKR 2,625,000.00 (LKR Two million six hundred twenty five thousand c. If quoted for total bid, Bid bond value should be LKR 12,750,000.00 (LKR Twelve million seven hundred fifty thousand ) The Bid Guarantee shall be valid up to 20/01/2022 bank operating in Sri Lanka/A bank base in another country but the gurantee “confirmed” by a bank operating in Sri Lanka.
