• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Procurement Committee for Leasing the Commercial Buildings and the Car Park in the Kuruwita Town, Belonging to the Railway Department as Per an Agreement, for a Period of Five Years. Bidding applications can be obtained from the office of Railway Sales & Marketing on 25th in the month of September 2024 until 2.00p.m. The receipt, obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2500/= to the Chief Financial Officer in Sri Lanka Railways, Colombo 10 should be produced to the Deputy Superintendent (Sales & Marketing) - Railway Headquarters. Separate bidding applications should be submitted for each building and the car park mentioned in the schedule 01 of the bidding application and it should be made a payment to the Department as a refundable bid bond except the bidding application fee as mentioned in the said document. One bidding application should be submitted only for one item.
